Ingredients (for 5 persons)
Flour : 275 g
Baking powder : 0,75 bag
Melted butter : 225 g
Eggs : 4
Sugar : 190 g
Milk : 25 cl
Salt : 1,25 pinch

Steps
1. Preheat oven to 180°C (th.6)
In a large bowl, stir together the butter, the sugar and the salt.
2. Pour in the eggs one by one, then the flour and the baking powder. Add the milk.
3. Grease the cake mold with butter and add flour on top.
4. Pour the mix into the cake mold and bake for 50 min.
You can now enjoy an amazing Harry Potter cake!
